Obituary for Allison "Al" Randolph

Allison Cleveland Randolph, 57, a native of Jesup, Ga., and resident of Brunswick, Ga., passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 04, 1962, to the late Grover Randolph, Sr. and Annie Grace Gamble-Randolph in Jesup, Ga. "Al" as he was known by many of his family and close friends, was educated in the public school system of Wayne County and graduated in the Class of 1980. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching football and working. Growing up as a young man, he attended Morris Chapel Baptist Church and he was a loyal employee of Ga. Pacific Corp. for the past 32 years, as a machine operator.

Al was preceded in death by his father, Grover Randolph, Sr. and a sister, Patsy Ann Terry.

Those left to cherish his memories: his loving mother, Annie Grace Gamble-Randolph, Jesup, Ga.; his children, Christina Randolph, Jesup, Ga., Jaquez Randolph and Jaquaylon Randolph, both of Brunswick, Ga.; his sisters, Gwendolyn Scott and Cynthia Randolph, both of Jesup, Ga.; his brothers, Darry (Contrena) Randolph, Lawrencville, Ga., Grover (Ivory) Randolph, Darien, Ga. and Anthony (Whitney) Randolph of Jesup, Ga.; his grandchild, Kaniya Randolph, Jesup, Ga.; his nieces and nephews, Randolph (Kenyatta) Scott, Karla (Earl) Williams, Ashley King, Donte' (Charlene) Randolph, Judah Randolph, Jalen Randolph, Ayanna Randolph, Jayce Randolph, Asher Brown and Jeremy Randolph; his great nieces and nephews, Karson Williams, Jaxon Scott, Kaleb Scott, Amerie Randolph and Breanna Bailey; his godchild, Erica Lyons, St. Marys, Ga.; and a host of other aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends that will miss him dearly.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m., at Royal Funeral Home Chapel, 247 W. Pine Street, Jesup, Ga. 31545.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 @ 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Oaks Memorial Cemetery, 1580 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, Ga.
