Obituary for Bradford "Brad" Fosten
Bradford Dearel Fosten was born on April 23,1980 to Larry Bright and Linda L Fosten-Bright in Albany Georgia. He attended his earlier years in Appling County Public School and later moved to Cobb County where he graduated at Pebblebrook High School as an outstanding athlete. He was employed by Color Me Green Painting, LLC for several years. He later opened a car detailed business in Mableton, Georgia.
Brad, as he was known by his family and close friends was joined in holy matrimony to Keyonia Williams on June 22, 2010 and to this union two children were born.
On September 9, 2023, our heavenly father called our son, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend home to be with the Lord. Brad was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bill C Fosten and Lawrence Bright.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his two sons, Jayden Dearel Fosten and Braden Deyshaun Fosten, Atlanta Ga; one loving daughter, Jordan Fosten, Austell, Ga and one loving step-daughter, Aaliysah L Young; loving and devoted mother, Linda Bright, Forest Park, Ga; two sisters, Nacole Fosten, Atlanta Ga and Nydia Bright, Atlanta, Ga; one half-sister, Danielle Bright, Atlanta, Ga; one brother, Corey Bright, Hagerstown, MD; seven brothers by choice, Khalil McRae, Richard Bernard, Rondell Mitchell, Justin Henderson, Jeff Bleus, Kenneth Randall and Terrell Butler, Atlanta, Ga; Grandmothers, Cordelia Fosten, Baxley, Ga and Delores Smith, Charleston, WV; five aunts, Darlene Fosten, Forest Park, Ga, Joe Ann Fosten-Givan, Stone Mountain, Ga, Teresa Johnson, Lithonia Ga, Claudia Smith, Louisville, KY and Serena Smith, Seattle, WA; three uncles, Michael Fosten, Forest Park, Ga, Wayne Fosten, Atlanta, Ga and Corey Smith, Columbia, OH; and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends, whom he loved dearly.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 5-7pm at Life Cathedral Mission, 370 North Blvd., Baxley, Ga. 31513.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 @ 11:00 am at Greater Morris Cemetery, Hwy 121, Surrency, Ga. 31513.
