Obituary for Crystal Smiley (Smiley)
Crystal Shonta' Smiley, 40, a native of Folkston, Ga., and resident of Kingsland, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, following a brief illness. She was born on December 5, 1979, to the late, Ivory Smiley, Sr. and Gladys Albertie-Smiley, in Waycross, Ga. Crystal was educated in the public school system of Charlton County School System, where she graduated in the Class 1998. She was a life long member of Mt. New Home Missionary Baptist Church and was employed with the Arc of Nassau, as a ADT Specialist. Crystal enjoyed spending time with her children, playing board games and crossword puzzles.
She leaves to mourn her passing: her loving mother, Gladys Albertie-Smiley, Kingsland, Ga.; her loving children, Bryanna, Cristiana and India Roberson, all of Kingsland, Ga.; a brother, Ivory Smiley, Jr., Folkston, Ga.; two godchildren, Karson Williamson and Tylexus Bolden; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss her dearly.
