Earl Lewis Williams, 66, of Jesup, Ga, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023 at Memorial Health Center in Savannah, Ga. following a lengthy illness. He was born on June 10, 1957 in Brunswick, Ga. to the late, Jessie and Nina Paulk-Williams. Earl was educated in the Long County School System and was a member of Greater Historical Elem Missionary Baptist Church in Ludowici, Ga. He was a welder and iron worker at Boykin Erectors for 40 years. His hobbies included fishing, gardening, hunting and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Earl was preceded in death by both parents, Jessie and Nina Williams, his sisters, Lisa Willams, Ella Williams Volcy and Ella Mae Volcy; a niece, Michelle Volcy-Bacon; a nephew, Michael Williams and a father in-law, Joe Lewis.

Those left to cherish his memories: his wife of (41) years, Cynthia K. Williams, Jesup, Ga.; his daughters, Sharity Williams and Sheena Williams, both of Jesup, Ga.; his sisters, Andrea Ann (Emanuel) Coleman, Dayton, Ohio and Nellie (Carl) Pippen, Hinesville, Ga.; his brothers, Ronald, Randy and Billy Williams, all of Ludowici, Ga. and Flint (Veronica) Williams, Baxley ,Ga.; his mother in-law, Ruthie Adams, Swainsboro, Ga.; his sister in-laws, Lubertha (Ricky) Tarver, Mae Lois Adams of Swainsboro, Ga., Ruth Etta Dillard and Sabrina (John) Vann, both of Midville, Ga.; his brother in-laws. Ricky (Cynthia) Adams, Swainsboro, Ga. and Tyron Adams of Augusta, Ga.; his aunts, Estene Paulk, Bryan, Texas and Faye Paulk, Norwich, Conn. and a host of other cousins, family members and friends.

There will Not be a Wake.

Remains will lie in state for viewing on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Royal Funeral Home Chapel, 247 W. Pine Street, Jesup, Ga. from 10 a.m. until the service starts at 11:00 a.m.

Funeral services will be held at Royal Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023. Interment will be held in Oak Ridge Cemetery
