Ellis Leon Clark was born on November 10, 1958, to the late, Ellis Chancey and Carrie Bell Clark in Pierce County, Ga. Ellis was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Nathaniel Anderson. He enjoyed fishing and watching CNN in his spare time. Other than that, Ellis was a workaholic, working as a landscaper, farming, and he worked many years with the City of Naples, Fl., before returning home. The other thing that was dear to his heart, other than his family, would be his pets. Ellis will forever be remembered as a loving husband and provider.
Ellis passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Ga., following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by both parents and two of his brothers in-law, Arthur and Tony Coster.
He leaves to mourn: his loving wife of four years, Diana Stormer-Clark, Bristol, Ga.; his sons, Michael (Farah) Addison, Tampa, Fl. and Tyson Stormer, Cleveland, Ohio; one grandson, Michael Addison, Jr., Tampa, Fl.; one brother, Benjamin (Amanda), Baxley, Ga.; his sisters, Bobbie Jean (Robert) Taylor, McDonough, Ga., Desiree Faulk-Rooks, Alma, Ga., Brenda (Chris) Knight, Jacksonville, Fl., Sarah Sorey, Ft. Myers, Fl., Linda (Denzel) Thomas, Jr., Jesup, Ga., Glenda Pope, Baxley, Ga. and Martha Georgette Presley, Baxley, Ga.; his sister in law, Sharon Robinson, Cleveland, Ohio; Clarence (Annette) Coster, Jimmy (Edna) Coster and Marvin "Jodie" (Jenkins) Coster, all of Cleveland, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly.
Disposition of remains will be by cremation.
