Fred E. Tomlinson, 55, of Folkston, Ga., passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2019, in Baton Rouge, La. Fred was born on January 3, 1964, to Clifford and Amy Crews-Tomlinson in Middleburg, Fl. He was educated in the public school system of Charlton County, (Folkston, Ga.). Fred worked most of his life in logistics and had driven trucks for several different companies throughout his career with the last one being with Chad Tyson. He enjoyed grilling, family functions, garage sales and antique cars. Fred was preceded in death by both parents, Clifford and Amy Tomlinson and his loving wife of 19 years, Margaret Pollock-Tomlinson.
He leaves to mourn his passing; four daughters, Benice Pollock, Erica and Faith Wyman, all of Folkston, Ga., and Delicia Myers of St. Marys, Ga.; two sons, Clarence (Yolanda) Kennedy, Alan (Beverly) Wyman, both of Folkston, Ga.; a sisters in-law, Janie Tate, Laurenburg, NC and Martha Pollock, Folkston, Ga.; (14) grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
