George Randolph Mack was born on November 26, 1946 to the late George and Clara J. Mack in Newark, NJ, where he attended Central High School. He joined the U.S. Army in 1969 and served a tour in Vietnam. He also worked for the United States Postal Service for 40 years. He was a member of Mt. New Home Missionary Baptist Church where he attended faithfully until his health began to fail. George had a love for sports. He enjoyed watching football and basketball. He was a true friend and was loved by all who knew him.

George passed away on January 7, 2024 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Clara J. Mack and his brother, Freddie Mack.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Carla Wilson; two brothers, Donnie and Charles Mack; two nephews, Carmol and Djwan Mack; a special friend, Kenneth Reed and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 @ 2:00 pm at Mt. New Home Missionary Baptist Church, 416 Dixie Lake Rd., Folkston, Ga. 31537.
