Illquanna Monique Cooper was born on August 23,1976 to Larry
and Patsy Hamilton in Vidalia, Ga. She was educated in the public
school system of Charlton County where she participated in the
Band, playing the clarinet and was a member of the cheerleading
squad. Illquanna graduated in the Class of1994. She was a member
of Mt. New Home Baptist Church and a former member of Mt.
Carmel Baptist Church. After completing High School she joined
the Army serving one term and furthered her education earning
her degree as a Dental Assistant from Concorde and was a former
employee of Economy Dentures and The Dental Place located
in Jacksonville, Fl. Illquanna loved life and lived it to its fullest
spending quality time with her children, family and friends. She
was a kind, quiet and loving person that will be sorely missed by
her family and those close to her. On June 25, 2018 God saw fit to
call home yet another sunflower for his heavenly garden. She was
preceded in death by a son, Tyler Rutledge and her grandparents,
Lucious and Almeta Hamilton and Eugene Howard.

She is survived by: her beloved children, Larry J aquanus Rutledge,
Daisha Amari and Daishan Amar Cooper; her loving parents,
Patsy and Larry Hamilton; her fiance', Londrell Blake all of
Folkston, Ga.; her grandparents, Mary Lee Howsrd and Ernest
(Patty) Wiggs, Jr. both of Mt. Vernon, Ga.; her children fathers,
Dexter (Jennifer) Rutledge, Atlanta, Ga. and Wayne Cooper,
Folkston, Ga.; her aunts, Kay Francis Hamilton, Jacksonville, Fl.,
Pearl (Hiacint) Ingles, Warner Robins, Ga., Shirley Williams,
Miami, Fl., Kimberly (Kerry) Wiggs and Tanika Wiggs, both of
Mt. Vernon, Ga., Sharon (Charles) Novles, Ailey, Ga. and Janice
Powell of Vidalia, Ga.; her uncles, Berry Lee (Martha) Hamilton
Lucious (Leila) Hamilton and Lester (Patricia) Hamilton all of
Folkston, Ga., Ernest (Elise) Wiggs, jr., Timothy (Stanza) Wiggs,
Zachery (Brenda) Wiggs and Mike Holloway all of Mt. Vernon,
Ga., Reggie (Enmie) Holloway, Orlando, Fl. and Eugene (Kendra)
Howard,Jr, Statesboro, Ga.; her step sons, Casey and Cory Cooper,
Terrell Daniels, Tae Johnson and Cslvib Rutledge; special cousins,
Stefany Lovette, LaToya Hamilton and Michelle Mokube; her
close friends, Johnny Medlock and Kandace Sumners; a god child,
Grayson Graham as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends.
