Mindy Melissa Mixon, 40, of Jesup, Ga. passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. She was born on August 14, 1982 to the late, Darwin and Juanita Mansfield-Mixon in Brunswick, Ga. Mindy received her education in the Wayne County public school system. When her health would allow her to work, she enjoyed working at Walgreens in their photo lab, Sybil's and Ashley Manufacturer. She loved collecting cups, T-Shirts, having tattoos done and spending time with her sons and friends.

Mindy leaves to cherish her memory: her two sons, Triston and Dillon Anderson, Jesup, Ga.; her sister, Angie (Roger) Sutton, Jesup, Ga.; her grandparents, Timmy and Tempie Anderson, Jesup, Ga. and her stepmother, Darcie (Stacey) Collins, Jesup, Ga. and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday afternoon, July 6, 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. at Old Bethel Baptist Church, 110 Old Bethel Church Road, Jesup, Ga.
