Rhodia Keyhea-Foster, 82, of Jesup, Ga., passed away on January 12, 2020, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Jesup, Ga., following a lengthy illness. She was born September 03, 1937, to the late Henry and Della Keyhea in Laurel, Mississippi. She was a restaurateur and successful entrepreneur of several businesses, in and throughout, Wayne County. She was the owner of a beauty salon, cafes, night club, floral shop, real estate, and a farmer. She imparted her business sense into her grandchildren and made them promise to pursue every gift that God gave them. She loved to sing, cook, bake, fish, fashion, spending time with her family and most importantly, she loved God and her pistols. She lived her life to serve her church by ensuring she held numerous fundraisers and supported her church's vision, which is now the new Saint John Holiness Church, she was a philanthropist.
Preceded in death by her son: Albert Lee Jones, siblings: Kerney Keyhea, J.B. Keyhea, James Keyhea, Harry Keyhea, Charles Keyhea, Addie Mae Evans, Johnette Evans, Glennie Mae Cooley, Hattie Keyhea, and LeRoy (Jabo) Keyhea.
Those left to cherish her memory: her children, Lucy Bunch Petty, James Bunch (Sheila), Colon Foster Jr. (Yvonne), Ex-husband and best friend, Colon Foster; grandchildren: Tawania Godard (Kenneth), Alonzo Petty (Jessica), Aaron Petty, Temeka Bunch Cobbs, Jennier Vail Wade (Mario), James T. Bunch, Demetrice Bunch, Deitra Bunch, Jasmine Bunch (Willie), Davina Dailey (Nicholas); and a host of great grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that will miss her dearly.
