Rose Marie, 33, and her infant Neveah, 3, of St. Mary's, Ga., passed away following an vehicle accident on December 3, 2019.
Rose Marie was born on September 3, 1986, to Harold L. Downhour and Kathy Barker in Jacksonville, Fl. She was educated in the public school system of Camden County, Ga. Rose was employed with Dominoes Pizza as a delivery driver and she enjoyed listening to music, adult coloring, and spending time with her family and friends.
Her baby girl, Neveah, was born on August 16, 2016, to Rose Marie Downhour and the late, Jeremy Gelsey, in Camden County, Ga. Neveah was a bright-eyed and energetic little girl that was like a ray of sunshine to everyone whom ever met her. She, much like her mother, Rose Marie, will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
They leave to mourn their passing: Rose's parents and Neveah's grandparents, Kathy Barker and Harold Downhour, St. Mary's, Ga.; Rose's two children and Neveah's siblings, Ashlee NaCole and Joe, both of St. Mary's, Ga.; Rose's siblings, Raquel (Ray) Darnell, Chesapeake, Va., and Joe Downhour, St. Mary's, Ga.; her uncle, Timmy ( Christine) Barker; her aunts, Charlotte Matthews and Shirley McDaniel, both of Jacksonville, Fl.; a best friend that was like a sister to her, Amanda Isabell, St. Marys, Ga.; as well as, a host of other family members and friends.
