Serenity Rose Jean was born on September 19, 2018, to Adrien and Lakystia Humphrey-Jean in Jacksonville Fl. From birth, as she grew older, Serenity possessed a chilled and unbothered personality. She displayed a special love and excitement for her family, especially, her twin sister Savannah. Her favorite song was "If your happy and you know it." She loved the movie, "Moana" along with her favorite food, french fries. Serenity taught us lessons in life on a daily basis. Her consistent message was to remain calm. She taught us to trust the process. To trust and believe God’s plan. She taught us to never give up, to never stop fighting and to push through until the end. On Monday, March 30, 2020, God knew that Little Serenity's purpose had been fulfilled here on earth, and gathered her precious soul for its journey back to Heaven. Serenity was a focused and determined child. Serenity has fulfilled her purpose, she has completed her assignment and she has heard God say, Well done my child.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving parents, Adrien and Lakystia Jean; her siblings, Niana and Savannah Jean and Addison and Carter Myles; her grandparents, Donald and Betty Humphrey, Josette Lucien and Phileas Jean; her great grandparents, Mary Humphrey and Wilbur Smith; her aunts, "Cha Cha", Dionna Myles and Aisha Abba and uncle Caleb; a host of great aunts and great uncles, as well as, a host of other family and friends.
