Obituary for Virginia Vail (Bryant)

Virginia Bryant-Vail was born on May 25, 1947 to the late, Givens and Louvenia Bryant, Sr. in Wayne County, Ga. and educated in the Wayne County Training School (WCTS) where she graduated in the Class of 1966. Virginia participated in the Chorus and the "Glee Club". Her work history included 30 years with Pic N Save and 19 1/2 years for the school Dietician department. Her hobbies included praising God, crocheting, spend time with her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted member of Market Place International Ministry where she served faithfully as a Church Mother before her health began to fail.

Virginia passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by both parents, Given and Louvenia Bryant, Sr., and her husband, Oscar Vail.

Those left to cherish her memories: two loving children, Miguel (Jeannie) Vail, Jesup, Ga. and Danielle (Mark) Williams, Hinesville, Ga.; her grandchildren, Alycia, Myesha, Mariah, Kevin, Brandon, Dominic, Demetrius, Elijah, "DJ" and Deshina; her great grandchildren, Braylen, Madisyn, Grace, Kingston and Khayliah; her sister, Gladys (Willie) Thomas, Savannah, Ga.; two brothers, Givens (Mamie) Bryant, Jr., Screven, Ga. and Bob (Diane) Bryant of Surrency, Ga.; her close friends, cousins and caretakers, Aunt Larkie, Monique, Mother Bertha Jackson, Brenda and Aunt LuVicy; as well as, her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss her tremendously.

Graveside services will be Monday, February 07, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Screven Cemetery, Screven Cemetery Rd., Screven, Ga.

*There will not be a visitation. Remains will be viewed 1 hour prior to services on Monday at the graveside.

Services will be live streamed thru our webpage: royalfuneralhomeinc.com at the time of services.

Everyone in attendance are expected to wear their masks in efforts to reduce the spread of covid-19.
